Use this secure route for suspected mark misuse, certification or conduct concerns, scientific corrections and de-identified safety information. This is not an emergency or individualized medical-advice service.
Submission Guidance
Provide facts, public references and the minimum necessary information.
Do not submit patient names, full dates of birth, medical-record numbers, government identifiers, genomic records or confidential clinical files. Where a concern involves an immediate risk, notify the appropriate local emergency service, regulator, law-enforcement or healthcare authority.
- Identify the exact public claim, mark, record or content.
- State when and where it was observed.
- Separate direct observations from conclusions.
- Retain the public reference issued after submission.
How Concerns Are Handled
Each submission is reviewed according to its subject and level of risk.
Receipt does not establish that a violation occurred. IAARM applies the relevant procedure, preserves procedural fairness, protects confidentiality to the appropriate extent and may coordinate with competent authorities where required.
