Engagement Routes

01
Provide technical evidence and stakeholder comment without purchasing a vote, conclusion or special requirement.
02
Support defined questions under protocol, conflict, publication, data-access and integrity controls.
03
Commission role-specific capability programs without influencing independent credentials or certification.
04
Participate through disclosed sponsorship, exhibits or clearly identified promotional forums.
05
Apply under the same published scope, evidence requirements and decision controls available to other eligible applicants.
06
Use an authorized mark only after certification and only within approved scope, wording, territory and validity.
Prospective Applicants
Organizations should be prepared to disclose ownership and responsible contacts, product and facility identity, regulatory and market status, quality-system evidence, material claims, testing, suppliers, manufacturing controls, complaints, recalls and significant changes relevant to the applicable program.
Pre-application guidance may explain program requirements but cannot predict, negotiate or guarantee a certification outcome.

Scientific Independence

01
Commercial terms are independent of decision outcomes and do not reward reviewers for approvals.
02
Sponsors and applicants do not appoint decision-makers for their own matters or purchase standards votes.
03
Certification scope cannot be expanded through packaging, advertising, influencers, websites or implied therapeutic language.
